Terms of Use

About Keyday

Keyday is a digital tool that helps Australian home buyers navigate the property buying process. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Not professional advice

Keyday provides general guidance to help you understand the home buying process. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically:

  • Contract analysis is an AI-generated summary — it is not legal advice. Always have your settlement agent, conveyancer, or solicitor review contracts before signing.
  • Offer guidance is based on inputs you provide and general market heuristics — it is not a property valuation or financial advice. Consult your mortgage broker or financial adviser before making financial decisions.
  • Journey tracking provides general steps — requirements vary by state, property type, and individual circumstances.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Keyday for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

Uploaded documents

When you upload a contract for analysis, the document is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) for processing. The document is deleted from our storage immediately after analysis. We do not retain copies of your uploaded contracts beyond the analysis session.

Limitation of liability

Keyday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your use of Keyday, including but not limited to decisions made based on contract analysis, offer guidance, or journey tracking information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Keyday after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
